Hi Guys, I'm just thinking of a xeon so my friend and I make a build I like to share with you what's your thought guys btw here it is The Combination of 8GB RAM DDR3 1600Mhz,Intel Xeon E3-1245 V2 3.4Ghz,128SSD,750GB HDD,H67 or H2 Mobo and a R9 270x MSI OC (4GB)
Gaming Edition & a 450W B1 (PSU) will be a good combination right ? and Can I change the Casing I mean there is only one particular casing for it or can I use any other casing like cooler master K380 etc ... http://us.coolermaster.com/product/Detail/case/k-series/k380.html like this one ?

Solution
The E3-1245 V2 is basically an i7-3770 so that is the level of performance that you will get from this CPU. Not all H67 mobos will support the Xeon so you have to check to make sure that it is listed in the supported CPU list published by the mobo manufacturer. Here is a listed generated by PCPartPicker of mobos that should support. There might be others out there as well.
https://pcpartpicker.com/products/motherboard/#c=35

You could use other mobo chipsets: H61/67/77, P67, Q77 and Z68/75/77.

The 450W should be okay although you are at the upper end of the spectrum.

And yes, you can change the case, you just have to make sure there are no fit issues, PCPartPicker is pretty good at spotting them.

One thing more that the mobo and the casing has a little bit compatibility problem but that's fine but there is no processor and GPU price listed the total amount you mentioned has not GPU and CPU price included right?

Maybe I am a little confused here, I thought that you already had the Xeon CPU. If you don't have it already then I do not see it as a worthwhile buy. The Xeon's are selling on Ebay for more than a Ryzen 3 1300 which is far newer and also is faster. My build was only for compatibility check, it is missing pricing for the CPU, Mobo, GPU and case.

The reason I would choose a 3770 over the Xeon is that it is supported by more motherboards. As well, it is less likely that you will run into BIOS and other software issues.

The compatibility issue is that the mobo only has USB 2.0 so you won't get USB 3.0 speeds from those jacks.

Distinguished
My old Z77 board (Asus P8Z77-V LK) was compatible with the E3-1245 v2 and had USB 3.0 front panel headers. I would expect any of the Asus P8Z77 series would also have USB 3 headers, but check Asus' website to be sure.

EDIT: Here's the CPU support list for the P8Z77-V LK - https://www.asus.com/us/Motherboards/P8Z77V_LK/HelpDesk_CPU/

Here is a list of mobos that support the Xeon and have onboard USB. 3.x headers.
