Hey i have a gtx 1060 , with i5 6500 CPU , And im getting alot of FPS drops and low performance.
Some one told me its because of my ram.

I currently have Only 1 stick of 8GB Ram. (kingston 8gb 2133mhz)

My Question is:

- Should i buy another Same ram? (So my PC will have x2 8GB kingston 2133mhz)

* * Or should i buy new ram sticks and change the Kingston to (x2 HyperX FURY 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz)

( Or it doesn't matter? )
(Because 1 stick of 8GB really fucks up the performance)

A second stick of the same ram will double the bandwidth of your ram, because it will use two channels vs one. Going from 2133Mhz to 2400Mhz will result in a 1-2% improvement, at most, if your processor supported it. But it doesn't, the max ram speed of the i5 6500 is 2133Mhz.

So buy another stick of the same RAM.

If it was the PSU, then the system would reboot or power off. What analysis and monitoring have you done so far? Is your CPU throttling? What about the GPU? Don't replace or add components before you determine if it will help or not. You have a good system, but you need to tell us what happens when FPS drops occur (CPU and GPU utilization, temperatures, frequency, what game, settings, resolution, etc.)
