first of all i was installing an os , back then i was using my computer with the jumper on, works normally after that during installatio its just suddenlt turn off , so i turn it on ,in that moment i was getting infinite boot loop , so i search how to ,some answers remove the cmos battery with the power chord unplugged so i did that waits 10 mins and put it back on , after that i turn on my pc all was working the led the fans the gpu , but the mouse the keyboard doesnt work and also the monitor. after a day i found the solution to attach screwdriver from the m_bios during the loop, since i cant acces the loop with the jumper on so , i remove it to acces the boot loop, after that it works and says restoring main bios .after that all works fine but i was worried since i can acces the computer without the jumper but when is it attached it is all black screen

When the jumper is attach all i got is black screen , but with cmos jumper it all works fine , they said that wothout jumper the bios will reset every time I turn off and turn on my computer . If this is true then i cant overclock my pc.
How can i get it works with the jumper on?

My mobo has uief dual and dual bios or whatever . Also my my cmos pins has only 2 pins but as most of the mobo have 3 or someyhing
My mobo is (GIGABYTE GA-970A-DS3P REV. 2.0 or REV .2.X.
Please help guys. THANKS IN ADVANCE

Thanks in advance aprreciate your help.

The fact it worked with the jumper on is random but doesn't mean its ok. Thats why later it stopped. Now as for keeping the bios settings, thats why you have a battery on the motherboard. Just take the jumper off, do what you want to do in the bios and you will see everything is stored. Even your manual says to leave it without jumper why you are so confused.

Actually its the opposite from what you say. When the CLR_CMOS pins are shorted you are clearing the bios and when they are free its the normal. So I don't see what is your problem. See page 13 of your motherboard's manual.

As your motherboard says:

7) CLR_CMOS (Clear CMOS Jumper)
Use this jumper to clear the CMOS values (e.g. date information and BIOS configurations) and reset the
CMOS values to factory defaults. To clear the CMOS values, use a metal object like a screwdriver to touch
the two pins for a few seconds.

Open: Normal
Short: Clear CMOS Values

"first of all i was installing an os , back then i was using my computer with the jumper on, works normally after that during installatio its just suddenlt turn off , so i turn it on ,in that moment i was getting infinite boot loop"

Ofcourse it will restart and ofcourse it will fall into an infinite boot-loop. You should leave the CLR_CMOS jumpers free. Nothing on them. Two pins free.

if its should free all the time then but why back then my pc works with jumper attached , but now when the jumper attached blank screen. Im so worried about this. also i found the article that the jumper is needed to hold the bios settings from resseting so that statement gives me that i cant overclock my pc since it will reset the bios every time i turn off my pc

thanks man, really aprecaite your time :)
btw do you know how to overclocked my cpu amd 8320e with that mobo , honestly its different from other tutorial on youtube , i do have the vcore and you can only change it to +50 ,+60... +200 and so on, in there they can directly change it to like 1.333 volts . and also idk how the nb core reacts to the change of vcore voltage.

I dont have any experience with amd fx chips so i cant tell you about their northbridge overclocking or the chip itself. The best is to start a new thread here in the forum asking help for overclocking.
