What is the difference between a graphic Asus GT 730 2GB DDR5 and a Zotac GT 730 2GB DDR5 LP?

This is the first time I am planning on buying a dedicated graphic card for my computer.
I am really confused what is the difference between these two graphic cards? Same model number but different company? Is there any difference?

Solution
ASUS GT730-2GD5-BRK
Engine Clock: 902 MHz
Memory Clock: 5010 MHz
Memory Interface: 64-bit

ASUS GT730-SL-2GD5-BRK passive cooling
Engine Clock: 902 MHz
Memory Clock: 5010 MHz
Memory Interface: 64-bit

ZOTAC ZT-71101-10L
Engine Clock: 902 MHz
Memory Clock: 5010 MHz
Memory Interface: 64-bit

Performance-wise you won't notice any difference since they're using NVIDIA's reference clocks for the GeForce GT 730 GDDR5.
overall the variant of each GPU only differs bout more or less 5% in terms of performance
so 1 might be 5% better, 1 might perform 5% worse

overall it's almost identical
except for the model and cooling solution of course

also
they have different brand :v

PS: those GPU aren't meant for gaming (although they can), i suggest u get something from the newer gen like 1050 / RX 560 / 1050ti which will last longer for your system :)
if u want to buy used to save up some cash, 750ti can work as an alternative :)

How do they differ in other aspects? If they do. I mean is ASUS better at handing heat?

their resource, chip, and specs came from Nvidia so technically they're both the same GPU...
the different aspect most likely in the model and thermal performance, as their fan model are already different, but that's all
(the thermal difference is going to be pretty minuscule though)

Asus is generally a better company. But their GPUs are more expensive. If they are at the same price, I recommend the Asus. The difference is very low between them and it's usually based on your luck, do you get a good one or a bad one.

By good I mean it can OC above the basic clocks.

Asus is better known by the masses, but that doesn't mean Zotac is bad
both should be able to OC just fine
but how high can u OC it depends on the silicon lottery... i think..

The ASUS model is not any better at handling heat than the Zotac model. It's only a 25 Watt card.
