A few days ago while gaming my computer shutdown multiple times from overheating. Stopped and left it for the night...next morning there was no signal output to monitor. Restarted multiple times nothing started diagnosis.

Computer specs...
Gigabyte fx990 ud3 mobo Rev 1.1
Amd fx 8100 am3+ series 8 core not sure which exactly
Noctua after market heatsync
16g vengeance ddr3 ram
Sapphire hd 7870 gpu
4 fans Thermaltake case plus fan in hsu

The system powers up all fans and lights come on. No post codes no signal output. Everything sounds normal with the startup and gentle increase in activity. Mobo has no built in vga connection to test.

What I've done...
Cleaned everything throughly
Tested output on div x monitor and hdmi on TV no signal.
Pulled ram, gpu, hd, DVD everything but psu, cpu, hsu and booted no post codes.
Put everything back tested ram 1 stick every slot every boot through all possible combos no post.
Took hsu and cpu out checked and cleaned. No broke bent pins all good. Reattached to mobo with new thermal paste after old cleaned off.
Cmos battery took out 2 mins...10 mins...over an hour and booted, no change no output no post.

Edit...I should also note inspected the graphics card. Identical to online pics no missing connectors or scratches or discoloration. Tried it in every pci e slot 16 and 4 on mobo no change.

No visible corruption, discloration or busted capacitors anywhere. No signs of overheating damage.

The computer was built 5 6 years ago and has been stellar till now. I don't know if my mobo or cpu or gpu went out. All are expensive and I have no extra parts to test other options.

Could hear 1 post beep on startup normally but now no post and no visual led lights on mobo for post.

Any suggestions?

Have you also tried a different Display cable?
Have you tried testing on a different monitor?
Best way to tell would be to swap the GPU with another known working GPU and see if the signal returns.

Also, you haven't posted PSU, what make and model PSU is it? A poor quality or faulty PSU can also cause this sort of problem.

I don't remember the PSU off the top. I'll have to check when I can. I did try different monitors and t.v.s and different cables, div and hdmi on multiple monitors.

I don't have extra parts to test like another graphics or am3+ cpu. I was trying to figure out what I could do without having to buy parts just to blind test them.

I'm trying to find someone who will let me test my card in their build so I can at least narrow that down more.
