at the moment I have 1 single gtx 680 (will upgrade soon) im getting new monitors they use VGA and HDMI, I also have one TV using HDMI currently how could i set these new ones up with my tv?

Solution
Nvidia has scaling options in the Adjust desktop size and position section of the control panel.

HDMI and DP tend to require these adjustments. DVI does not.

Check your monitors because some of them may have over/underscan options as well.

3 hdmi cable to whatever ports your 680 has (probably 2 display port, 1 hdmi and 1 dvi port. So 2 dp to hdmi adaptors).

If all your screens are 1920 x 1200 and under, I recommend 2 x DVI-D to HDMI Adapters for your 2 DVI ports(Reference cards have DVI-D DVI-I, HDMI and DP) and HDMI to HDMI for the last.

These adapters are passive and cheap to buy(you can get it as a single cable or an adapter. I would go cable). They may pass higher resolution, but that depends on the card and monitor in question.

Newer cards have done away with VGA(as well as the passive DVI-I to VGA adapters) so you will not be using VGA in the future(unless you want more expensive active adapters.).

You need to turn off overscan in your TV/monitor's menu, it's not something you fix from the computer.
