So me and my friend moved into a apartment complex where everyone uses the same internet. We can connect online and get in a party with each other but for games we can't connect. We have no idea what the problem could be. Both of our NAT types are open and etc... we basically know that it's not our internet that is causing the issue and if it is we don't know how to solve it.
