How much should I overclock my CPU/GPU?

I just upgraded my graphics card to a EVGA GTX 1060 SC 6 GB and bought a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and had a friend put it on my processor and am wondering how much I can/should overclock either of them. Noise is not a concern for me, as long as it doesn't shorten the lifespand of my GPU/CPU too much(too much being shortening it down to 6 years if it's 15). Generally, my case is preety small(35x40x15 cm) and I have one fan in the front that sucks air in, which hasn't needed to spin yet and quite a lot of free space in the case and some holes on the back, where air can come out from. Here are my PC's current specs:

Motherboard: Asus B150M-A
Processor: Intel core i5-6500 3,2 Ghz (Quad core) with Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO on top
GPU: EVGA GTX 1060 SC 6 GB
PSU: Corsair VS550W Bronze PSU
RAM: 1x8GB HyperX Fury DDR4

Overclocking is different for every proccesor, I cant help you specifically for your GPU, but for your CPU add .1 ghz to your overclock then stress test your CPU and repeat until your computer crashes either during a stress test or on startup, if your CPU does crash (with the BSOD) then set the clock back by .1 ghz and keep it there. (Also note that anything over 80c is not recommended for a stress test. This is upon opinion)
