When I try to download the RX480 drivers, midway through the install my PC will lock up and force me to restart. Once I boot my PC up, it sits in a constant loading screen, forcing me to system restore. Anyone dealt with this problem before?

Solution
Windows 10 installs a driver for your GPU initially. So you might still have to do a fresh install.

Or, don't install your graphics driver, just do Windows 10 updates and reboot until you have no more updates. Then when you're done with them, you can try to install the GPU driver from their website. And make sure you download the exact driver for your GPU, Nvidia doesn't let you install drivers unless it can detect compatible GPU, not sure about AMD.

Never happened on any of my Nvidia GPUs. Did you do a clean install of your drivers? Like completely remove everything you have from your previous drivers. Google GPU clean install, there is an app that cleans up everything including regedit.

I have, infact, I started with a completely fresh install of Windows 10.
