Windows not loading properly please help!

Hi people, my pc is somehow not switching on properly, when i press the power button it switches on normally and goes through to the blue windows screen but just before it ask for the password it goes black with the mouse cursor in the centre of the screen, the jumps back to the blue windows screen with a "please wait..." at the top of the screen then it say "shutting down" and just reboots by itself! I've tried booting in safe mode and restoring to previous working stages but nothing works please help me as I'm not that bright when it comes to these things....

If you have your windows dvd or on a usb, boot up with it, when its ask to "install windows", on the bottom left corner will option to repair windows, try the options offered.

Note I use windows 7 because I prefer to windows 8 - 10, i assume the those options are still available in those editions of windows.
