I Have a Two Different Graphics cards can i use both on a one monitor setup

No because the GTX 745 doesn't support SLI and both cards would have to be the same model, i.e., GTX 750 Ti. You also need a motherboard that supports SLI and they are more expensive; it's better to use a single more powerful GPU.
