Hello everyone, I need some advise.

My PC rig is around 3 months old and till yesterday while I was playing PUBG, it turn off by itself. It restart with a message "Power Supply surges detected during the previous power on, ASUS Anti-Surge was triggered to protect system from unstable power supply unit, Press F1 to Run Setup." I proceed in pressing F1 to run the set up but it brought me to BIOS, thereafter I saved and exit. It restart and won't boot into windows, so I hold the power button to shut it down and turn off all power switches and turn it back on 5mins later. This time round my monitor, keyboard, mouse and headset will not light up. Also 3 out of my 6 case fans are not running but the LED lights of those fans are lit.

I've read most of the similar thread that link to the anti-surge triggered issue and most of it has to do with the PSU faulty. I would love to know the specific issue for my case.
I hope my description is sufficient enough for the community to understand the issue.

thank you.

My PC Specs:
Intel core i5-7600k 3.80 GHz Processor
G Skill DDR4 8 GB 2133MHz Ram
ASUS GTX 1060 3GB Graphics card
Asus H170-Pro gaming Motherboard
Corsair RM650x GOLD Power Supply
Western Digital Caviar Blue WD10EZEX 1TB Sata III
Samsung EVO 750 120gb SSD

Solution
I manage to solve the issue.
What I did was I unplugged every cables, off the main switch and hold the power button for 1 min.
Thereafter, I push in every cables that were connected to the mobo and discovered that the 24pin was slightly loose. I push it back in and it managed to start after I boot it back up.
