Hey guys,
Im 14 so I don't really know much about compatibility of parts and stuff like that...
But could you guys please suggest some parts that are compatible with -
•Intel Core I7-7700K
•Gigabyte Z170X-UD5 Motherboard
•Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1080 8GB G1 Gaming Video Card

So I can build a Gaming PC and at least run GTA 5 at 70 fps on all high settings.
And i would also like 16gb of ram.
(My budget is 1300$)

I would change your mainboard to a Z270 board to avoid possible Z170 BIOS /7000-series compatibility issues...

A GTX1080 is a very fast card, and certainly overkill if using only a 1080P monitor at only 60 Hz refresh, but, if you have a 1440P or a 1080P/144 Hz monitor, you will be all set..
