My Pc Hard drive got corrupted the one with window 10 installed I reinstalled window 7 from scatch then my pc was shutting down by it self for no reason after i load into window 7 and to desktop. After i got that fixed with a new evga psu 500W from my old 300W. I got an other problem with my graphic card getting max out for no reason again. after i tried a lot of stuff trying to fix the graphic card. The pc shutting down problem return. I check my W usage. everything was normal but my graphic card was getting 0.25W-1W. So i don't got any idea what is going on

My pc specs
Cpu: i7-2600k
Gpu: gtx 750 ti
Ram: 10gb of ddr3 ram 4gb And 6gb ram stick
Psu: Evga 500W/ It brand new from the box
Motherboard: MSI Z77A-G41 MS-7758 Motherboard Intel Z77 LGA 1155 USB 3.0 SATA 6Gb/s DDR3

If you need anymore info ask me

Solution
Fix your RAM and then see how the GPU works. It should work since you have the right PCIE x16 slot.
Your RAM is also dual channel so I'm surprised it worked for 2 years. My old RAM stopped working properly in less than a month with my newer RAM, even tho I had 2xdual channel setup and the difference isn't that big between them.
offtopic: 6 GB ram stick ?
Check bios if it detect your GPU.
if you had PSU failure it probably fried few other parts.
1. run memtest while booting windows:
2. check bootable linux pendrive:
https://unetbootin.github.io/
from linux run disccheck
2_1.https://askubuntu.com/questions/59064/how-to-run-a-checkdisk
2_2.sudo lshw -C display
OR
sudo apt-get install clinfo
clinfo

now:
if mem died memory test will show (6GB stick is worrying)
if linux boots and detecs GPU and disc is fine then windows installation failed might be problem with your DVD.
if linux boots and not-GPU and disc is fine then windows installation failed might be problem with your GPU
if linux boots and detecs GPU and disc have errors then disc died.

Still. Use just one stick. Memory sticks aren't really compatible with other speed/size/brand memory sticks. And even if they are, at one point one of them might die off. And PC restarts like those usually are related to RAM.

It is detecting the Gpu but its getting 1W. the PSU is working when i tested for an other pc but when i use it on my gaming pc it just don't work. so i order a new one and it fixed the problem for a week. I use a usb flash drive for my window 7 i reinstalled it it boots up fine until i load into desktop then it shut down. i saw it could be a overheating problem
