Unidentified network - No Internet Access - Ethernet

Hi.
It's been a very frustrating day as I have been searching everywhere for a solution to my problem, but have found nothing to fix it.
I've been using Ethernet connection for ever and it's always been working perfectly fine. However, this morning, for no apparent reason I cannot connect to my router. If I try and connect to it, it just says "Unidentified Netwrok" and "No Internet Access". Wi-Fi connection works fine, but its quite slow.
In Short - I can't connect to my router through Ethernet, as it just says "Unidentified network" and "No Internet Access"
