1050 on 250watt PSU

I have OEM system from fujitsu (i3-2120 , 7.2k hdd , 4x2gb ddr3 , 250 watt PSU) which i want to upgrade with 1050 2gb. I am scared of my psu.Psu is 250w from fujitsu 18pin connector. I calculate psu volatge which i need and that was about 240 watt . Will my pc handle 1050? please help!

Keep in mind that your psu may not be 250 watts. It may have had 250 watts when it was new, but it may not anymore. You could put a 1050 in your computer and then you'll find out it wont turn on because the psu doesn't have enough power. being 10 watts under your psu rating is cutting it way too close. I recommend a new psu, or rethink your gpu choice.
