GPU Causing Crashes but not Overheating?

Built a new PC, which crashes when under load. After playing Overwatch for a few minutes, it throws the "Rendering device has been lost" error message. I loaded up Unigine Heaven which crashes after a few minutes, sometimes artifacting and crashing the PC entirely, other times just closing the program. MSI Afterburner shows that the GPU temp is not exceeding 70 degrees Celsius in either of these scenarios.

I have tried:

-Rolling back and reinstalling drivers
-Updating Windows
-Reinstalling Windows entirely
-Swapping PCI Power cords from my PSU
-Memtest86
-Ran the System File Check

My guess is either a dying Graphics card (had to buy used because of the damn miners) or a PSU power draw issue. However, Whocrashed says:

The newest drivers seem to be buggy. They caused me a lot of trouble. Random crashes, lockups even when the PC is idle, which require a reboot of the system. I'd recommend you to use DDU to uninstall those drivers, and install an older version until Nvidia fixes this issue.
