So my friend has an intel I5 7600 and a gtx 1070, and he keeps getting lag spikes in all games like gta v, etc. he has an MSI b250m pro-vdh motherboad so I looked around for a fix and I'm guessing that maybe the problem could be that the VRM is overloaded? Because when he has those lag spikes, the cpu usage drops.
