I 7700k getting hot?

My i7 7700k is getting between 60-75 Celsius under load, i do have the corsair h55 water cooler with it, im not to sure if this is normal or the temps are to high. I have not overclocked or turbo boosted its on default stats.

That's about normal that watercooler is worse than some $50ish air coolers

Those temps are fine, if you're hitting close to 85C then you have something to worry about.

I've just done a stress test and the maximum it got to was 86 Celsius but only for a couple of seconds

If that stress test was prime 95 with a version higher than. 26.6 then those are good results.
