I''m new to PC gaming, and am playing Far Cry 2. For some reason, my fps is going all over the place for no apparent reason. I'm running a gtx 1060 6GB, i7 7700hq, 16GB ram. Also, I did a little experiment, where I blew up 2 cars, and my fps went down to 58 frames per second, however simply walking down the road, it went down to 45-35 fps. I'm running the game fully maxed out, 1080p. To monitor, my fps, I'm using Bandicam

Its just basic GPU works. By that I meant that GPU actually render a lot off things and picture. I have an AMD Radeon HD5450 and i play GTA V with 30 or 50 fps and the more things happening in-game, the lower the fps goes. So nothing to worry about.

Well, you'll never have a steady FPS in a game. It all changed the moment you move because your computer is rendering different pictures, it is nothing to worry about and you'll see this in every game you play.

But it makes no sense for a GTX 1060 to not be able to run a game from 2008 at 60 fps, thats why im concerned.
