Does this Mobo/CPU/cooler make sense?

Looking to replace a dead Mobo (Z77 with a i5-3570k).

After briefly browsing around I came up with this combo:
-Asrock Z170 Gaming K6 Mobo
-i5-6600k Skylake CPU
-Arctic Cooling Liquid Freezer 240

Total comes to $360 before tax, that I could pick up in store tomorrow. Any advice or better recommendations for that price range? Would prefer under 300 if possible.

Thanks!

While Arctic AIO is good, you don't need that to cool i5-6600K, even if you OC the CPU. To keep the costs down, you can go with Arctic Freezer i32. In my Skylake build (full specs with pics in my sig), i have Arctic Freezer i32 cooling my i5-6600K and most what i've seen out of my CPU temp vise, is 52°C during CinebenchR15 while my CPU idles at 26°C.

Under the spoiler is combined image of my CPU cooler if you're interested to see it. (Click on spoiler to view.)
