Which part is first and more likely to get damaged by overheating in a gaming pc ??

Solution

Really nothing. Motherboard and power supply could show the most long term degeneration from overheating caps shorting the lifespan.
The CPU and GPU will throttle down when it hits to high a temperature range.
If you have overheating causing throttling then you need to improve the cooling.

The component people have the most issue regulation is the cpu, then next is probably the gpu

It takes some effort to cause actual damage by overheating a computer. There are many layers of protection to prevent it from happening.
You need to actively turn the protections off, as far as possible, and/or use a hot air gun to heat up the components to damaging temperatures.

Normally when the temperature goes up the computer will be sluggish and possibly shut down (the running program or the computer itself).
