Hello all, i have recently bought a used WD1003FBYZ. In two days time Health went from 100% to 0%...after checking with warranty status on WD site it is still under warranty until 2019! Problem is that to register the product purchase date is needed. Also do i need a purchase receipt? I dont have or know any of these two. What can be done? The guy who sold it to me does not have any info either...Help needed thanks!
