Ram usage higher than it should be

my memory usage while playing goes sky-high(and sometimes freezes for a min or 2) even though it shouldn't as you can see in the pictures:

im only using around 2-3gb of memory, the only way to fix it is by restarting but it doesn't always work.


my specs:
i5 6500
MSI H170
16GB (2x8GB) Hynix
GTX980 WF3 OC

Some application is leaving ghost processes behind. Make sure that your most used software (browser, etc) are up to date.
Also, make sure you're looking at processes from all users and check the program with the largest total working set (select the column to be displayed by right-clicking the top label bar above the process list on resource monitor).
You've apparently got MBAM installed, run the scan and get a full system antivirus sweep done as well.

You have a high value of "non paged pool", looks like a memory leak from a game or an app, mostly looks like a chrome leak.

Close it, or don't keep it open for a long time.


Also, i want to recommend CleanMem, i use it and works pretty well.

everything is up to date,i don't have mbam but i'll download it right now and i had to restart my pc bc it froze on me so ill just wait until it reaches same usage again and will update

i usually have chrome closed and it the usage is around the same (chrome was opened just to post this it was the same with it closed)
and ill tryout cleanmem
