Do you need a good PSU for a basic Pentium iGPU reliant build?

Hey all,

Just picking the finishing touches for a new PC to build for my mother and general use in the house(in case my little sister wants to play Dota or ESO on something a bit better than her MB 2013). The build i have in mind is for the parts I already know I want are below; I should note ht eprimary user is my mom, and its for things like youtube, leaving a couple tabs open and etc, but at the same time I want to give her a good experience on her PC cause all she's ever had were second hand laptops from my family:-
CPU : Intel G4560
MOBO : Need advice on good cheap H110 MITX with built in wifi card
RAM : Will find an 8GB kit based on MOBO QVL
GPU : iGPU, if I think the household requires anything more then i would probably got with a 2nd hand 750TI or 1030, but I think my little sister is outgrowing her gaming and I already have my own PC
COOLER : Will use stock, have a 212 LED Turbo lying around but the Pentium isn't going to need it lol
PSU : Really need help on this, thinking of the CX450 but its quite hard to find here, so any mainstream PSU with around ~400-450W capacity would be great. Also do i need a good PSU for this kinda build? I'm using a superflower for my own PC but thats cause my PC actually needs it and its got some extra wattage for upgrading too
SSD : Kingston UV400 120G cause she always complains about speed haha, she's got no idea what an SSD is like and I imagine this would be like a wow moment
HDD : WD Caviar Blue 1 TB
CASE : Hoping to get the Sharkoon QB One, I think the design is pretty nice, very simple and space friendly for her desk but there no optical drive bay, can just get an external one in case she ever needs it so no biggie. I'm leaning more towards a cube/rectangular shaped PC case, open to opinions on this too. Would like something low profile, but nothing fancy like an evolv itx lol. Love ya mom, but you dont need that case.

So TL;DR:
Need advice on MITX MOBO and PSU for G4560 build relying on iGPU, not for gaming but would like to support 2 GB VRAM GPU later on, maybe 1030 or 750TI. Open to all suggestions! Also, what parts do you guys think is normally okay to buy 2nd hand? Any bad experience? There a pretty active 2nd hand market in Malaysia, so kinda for my future reference and for this build as well.

You dont need a top end PSU for a low end system, you do however need a decent quality one.
Think of it this way, you dont need a top dollar luxury car to go get groceries, but you need something this not a pile of crap that breaks down all the time.
Corsair CX or lower seasonic is always a good choice.

In regards to mobo I would suggest an inexpensive Gigabyte or MSI B250 over H110, guaranteed compatibility with kabylake out of the box and ddr4-2400 native support

All the budget drives (kingston, adata, sandisk, pny, mushkin, wd) all use toshiba 3d tlc, and is frankly real-world slower than the previous generation models. If you cant get samsung or crucial for SSD then the "best" of the toshiba tlc drives is the PNY C1311

Make sure...
I suggest you play the middle road in case you ever want to upgrade to a low end video card like a 1050ti. There are some great low cost power supplies like this Seasonic S12II 520 for under $40 that can handle a GTX1080.

Make sure to check the prices, in many areas the 4560 is within $5 of the 4600 since intel inflated prices. the 4600 has faster clock and better iGPU.
