have you tried disconnecting your rear camera?if it still does this it sounds like you are creating too much draw on the electrical system ie your alternator cant produce enough current for your sound system and lights at the same time.what is the make and model of your car?do you know how much your sound system draws?are your headlites stock or aftermarket?if we know the total draw from all accessories as well as alternator output,we should be able to put a finger on the problem here.
I doubt its the alternator, if the alternator was the problem everything would be ok until the battery volts drop then other problems would occur such as difficulty turning the engine over when starting.
oh but it can be the alternator.if the car has a volt guage, just watch it drop if the draw is more than the alternator can
handle.as for turning over to start, this would not be a problem as it is not a constant draw.in other words once you shut off the engine the draw stops.ive been an automotive mechanic for over 30 years and have seen this lots.ultimately we need more info from the op.
You should only see a drop to approximately 13.5v under 'normal' loads, you may see a voltage sag lower when starting. If its dropping more than that under high load (headlights, stereo, heated seats) the battery is either insufficient capacity, dying, poor quality. The alternator is there to charge the battery, the battery is there to power the electrics.
