Need help graphics card shopping

Looking for graphics card to pop in my dell precsion t3610. I would prefer no external power needed also my video card power limit is 300 watts. My budget is around 150 but could go up if worth it. My processor is an intel xeon cpu e5-1607 v2 @ 3ghz 4 cores. New to the pc gaming community and trying to upgrade a freebee to something decent, thanks in advanced for all the help

300W just for the GPU. You can put any card you want in there. I looked in the Dell manual to be sure about that.
No external power needed and $150 leads to the GTX1050Ti 4GB. Some have the 6 pin PCIe and just as many don't. Solid 1080P performance and a little higher for the 4GB vs the GTX1050 2GB.
