This is fast, I have an original Dell GX280 (Small Desktop), and I want to upgrade it, I plan to change the graphics to a Geforce 8400 GS, but I do not know if the power supply that has (210W) would support it, what do you say?

Solution
The fastest Pentium4 (and not all GX280 can run it) will be equal to the slowest Core2Duo CPU. It only takes 4GB RAM, and the PCIe version is 1.0. I would look for a newer computer to upgrade. This is from a guy who runs 10 year old junk like thge E520 in my sig.

No, according to sources that I seen the minimum for 8400GS is 350W.
e.g. https://www.evga.com/products/product.aspx?pn=01G-P3-1302-LR

I would recommend another card though, 8400GS is quite outdated and not a good card at all for games maybe look at something like a 1030. But this is just a side note, not the answer to your question.
