I know this system is pretty bad but i got it to watch videos in mind at first and now i got into csgo and won't be able to buy a new system until next year

Here's the specs

CPU
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.00GHz

RAM
4.00GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 533MHz (7-7-7-20)

Motherboard
Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. G41MT-S2PT (Socket 775)

Solution
It's listed at delidded.com as supporting up to 120W CPUs. The Q9650 is the fastest and CS GO supports 4 cores. You should add another 4GB DDR3 1066 module to get dual channel working for you. You didn't say what PSU you have but a GTX10502GB is around $110, and doesn't need a PSU power cable to run (Don't buy one that does).
I fmoneys tight a Xeon E5450 is the same CPU but you'll need to do the LGA771 to LGA775 mod. If 2 core is OK for now an E7500 could be tape modded to 1333fsb for 3.66GHz. I would buy the GPU now because it can be moved forward to your next computer. I don't know what settings that Gigabyte BIOS has as far as Voltage or FSB control.
