My PC was working fine till a bug on csgo made a black screen while i alt tabbed. I had to shut him down on power button. Now i tried to turn him on and all the fans start spinning, red light on motherboard,CD reader noise working but no power to periferals (keyboard, mouse and monitor). This happen to me before so i reset the motherboard on jbat1 pins, this time didnt work.

Motherboard msi 150m bazooka
Processor i5 6400
Graphic card msi GeForce GTX 1060
Ram 2x g.skill 4gb
Power supply Corsair cx500w

Solution
I would try pulling the CMOS battery out and disconnecting the 24-pin and CPU power connectors (disconnecting everything is better). Let the board sit for 15 minutes or so and then reassemble.

If you are able to POST after that I would re-flash the BIOS
