Will this these specs be able to max out games in 1080p for the next two years

Solution
Depends on the game and what acceptable FPS you want. It also depends on what games will come out within the next 2 years (which we never can tell).

A GTX 1080 is a very powerful GPU and is intended for 1080p/144Hz (or 1440p/~100Hz+) gaming, so, if you are only using 1080p/60Hz (60fps) it'll be overkill for now.

Rest of the specs is more than enough.

Yes. Except if you play games that are really poorly optimized. I recommend you get a 7700K instead just to be sure. And a non-reference 1080 card. Like Aorus, Strix, EVGA SC, MSI (tho I personally don't like it).

And if you mean 60 fps 1080p. But in most games you can run up to 140 fps easily with this spec.
