It has just started fairly recently. For some reason unknown to me my memory on my PC will jump all the way up to 99%. I could just be watching Netflix and all the sudden it get really choppy. I then go to check under Task Manager and it will say 99% Memory but the highest thing will be only around 80 MB. I would think that having 16 GB of RAM would be enough to at least run in idle. Also when this does occur it seems that my total RAM does not go above 100 MB. After asking a friend about it he said it might be just a graphical glitch but it always requires me to restart my computer and then everything is back to normal. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
