My Graphics Card Isn't Detected

I have an ASUS Strix GTX 970 and it is detected in device manager, however it is not being used at all in games (0% GPU Usage), and is not being detected in MSI Afterburner. GeForce Experience says I have the latest drivers. OBS is also not detecting the GPU when I use the H.264 encoder.

Yes, it was connecting just fine. Very simple fix, not sure what happened. I updated the driver in device manager and that seemed to work after a restart.
