Buying 2 MSI 1080s from Craigslist too good to be true?

I ran across an ad in Craigslist where someone is selling a couple of MSI GTX 1080 Gaming 8G along with an older 2nd Gen i7 system for $800. The reason he says he's selling is that is that he got an entirely new system with better components.

Specs:
i7-2600K
Gigabyte Z68XP-UD3P Mobo
16GB DDR3 RAM
250GB SSD
2 X 1TB HDD (Raid 0)
750W Modular PSU
DVD RW Drive
Cooler Master HAF X Case
Keyboard
Mouse
1900x1200 IPS Monitor
2 x MSI GTX 1080 Gaming 8G

All for $800

Or I can buy a single 1080 for $300

Or the system with a single 1080 for $600

He said he bought the GPUs this year and that he'll let me test it... But he's bringing the entire rig to a local Starbucks.

What do ya'll think? Should I check it out or do you think it's the price is too good to be true?

Solution
How exactly is he going to test it in local starbucks?
I...would be hesitant to go for this big a purchase without knowing his address where I could return it should there be issues that don't show up in a cursory 5 min examination.
