I have had this problem for quite a while and had a temporary fix, if my graphic card lights wouldnt come on i would just wiggle the card and restart and everything would run smoothly, now i've tried doing this fix multiple times today and it hasn't been working i resat the graphics card multiple times, also if its worth mentioning it stays on and i have to use the power supply switch to turn it off otherwise it wont go off, please help. Thanks in advance

1. Resat the gpu
2. Clearing CMOS
3. Tried using onboard graphics
GPU: 1050ti
CPU: AMD A8 6600K
MOBO: Random gigabyte one (can get name if needed)
