So I am building a budget gaming PC, and plan on getting the Ryzen 3 1200. I have heard that Ryzen preformed slot better with faster RAM. This RAM does not have a heatsink, but I still wanted to overclock it. I was wondering If I could get this RAM to 2997MHz, or even 3200MHz. Also, on a side note, the case I'm getting is the Rosewill XBM-01, which has 2 case fans. Also, the graphics card I am getting is a GTX 1050 with 2 fans.
