Hi.

So after I tried installing the Kali linux I only made things worst to my laptop, let me walk you through what I did.

I have two hard drives:
128gb ssd
1tb hdd

I downloaded the kali linux img and created a bootable usb.

then I shrinked a space through disk management, I cleared a 20 GB space from my ssd for Kali Linux to install, but before installation I changed my mind and shrinked a 30 GB space from my hdd using disk managment.

so far my ssd is divided to 2 Volumes

108 GB's (OS Win10 64) , 20 GB's (Healthy Primary , but it was empty)

you see after I shrinked my ssd I made a new simple volume to my new partition.

also my hhd:

970 GB (storage) , 30 GB (Kali linux)

So It's my first time to install a linux OS, obviously I missed up and It was a bad installation, so after Installation I rebooted and it says "Missing Operating System".

So I changed boot priorites to be my ssd at first, still the same.

Also I inserted my usb and there is this list during kali linux installation:

I tried to erase the kali linux data from my hdd using this partition list, as you can see at the picture the 28.2 GB partition is empty, still the same problem.

what I think is that my laptop is booting to the empty partition of my ssd, is this could be possible?

there is a (Resize partition) Option in the kali installation partition list, could it solve this? I really don't want to lose my ssd data.

And also I during the installation I installed something called GRUB bootloader, maybe this thing is causing the issue?

the kali partition list also offers me delete, erase, and resize partition, maybe If I deleted my empty partiton It will work?

I mention these solution so you can get an idea about the issue, I won't risk trying them unless you guys suggest me to.

My BIOS is Legacy

thx.

Solution
I reread your entire post and this part sticks out;

"So It's my first time to install a linux OS, obviously I missed up and It was a bad installation, so after Installation I rebooted and it says "Missing Operating System"."

You should try Linux Mint or Ubuntu, those are actual Linux distros that are designed to be used as a desktop OS.

Solution
Get Windows 10 boot disk / USB (you can download one from Microsoft), and fix your boot problems. From the screenshots you've made (I assume this is after your failed attempt), all partitions are still NTFS (Windows).

As Rocky suggested - Kali is not for newbies in Linux. Even I, with more than 15 years experience with Linux, see no reason using it as a daily driver.
