A few months back my pc crashed while playing a game and when I went to turn it back on it would light up, all the fans was on and the pc parts that can, light up but there was no display. First I tried swapping out the monitor and hdmi lead but it didn't work. I figured it was because I had been overclocking my cpu to play some games at higher fps since my cpu was a few years old and was getting worse. So since my pc was due for an upgrade I got a new cpu. Installed it and had the exact same problem. Next I thought it might have been my motherboard since I heard they can get damaged from overclocking. I installed that and it worked fine. I had to go to work and when I came back and typed in my password it froze for 5 minutes so I turnt it off and then it did the same thing again, turn on but no display. At this point I was really confused and the only thing I could think of was the graphics card being broke because that's where the hdmi goes in so I got a new one and I had the same problem. The only pc shop near me doesn't do repairs and I don't have a car to go to one like an hour away. The only thing I can think of doing is factory resetting it but I don't want to do it because I would have to redownload all my games since my internet is really slow but I will if I have to.

Edit: Forgot to mention that the gpu fans and my water cooler fans spin aswell. Also the psu makes a quite high pitch sound, got me thinking I might have blown it or something while overclocking

Any help or advice is really appreciated.

You can try clearing the CMOS to reset the bios settings.
