Computer restarting on GPU load

So my PC restarts every time I try to run a game or run a benchmark such as Heaven, I have made 2 videos on it, could you guys have a look at it, I also have UPS but UPS isn't culprit in power delivery issue because I tested it by directly connecting to the power source and still the same issue. It happens only if GPU is under load, even browsing and watching videos is still fine but every time you launch a game it will trip and cause the computer to restart.

Specifications

Intel Core i5 6400
16 GB Corsair LPX DDR4 @ 2133 MHz RAM (8X2)
Nvidia GTX 1060 3GB OC Edition from MSI
1TB 7200 RPM T0shiba HDD + 1TB 5400 RPM Western Digital Blue HDD (Boot Drive)
Corsair VS550 SMPS (now 2 years old)
Microtek 800 Watts UPS (didn't remember the model name)

uninstall the graphics drivers with a DDU wipe and then install latest version from nvidias website

this type of problem is normally due to a GPU or PSU issue

i know you've tried 2 different power sources, but it could still be the PSU. If has developed a problem, it might not supplying enough power when the GPU is under load.

if a DDU wipe of the drivers didn't help, remove the GPU, make sure there isn't a dust build up in the pcie slot and re-seat the GPU

what model motherboard do you have?

Gigabyte GA H110M DS2

BTW....I cleaned my computer yesterday night, took backup of my data and deleted the whole drive partition in order to do a fresh install of Windows 10, after doing that yesterday night I played Warface for more than an hour and recorded the gameplay footage via Shadowplay and it was ll fine and butter smooth, however I put Tomb Raider in Steam Downloads and I went to sleep as it was 6 AM in the morning, there was a power failure at 9 AM and I think at that time my PC was also on sleep mode so I shut down my PC directly by pressing the power button on my UPS, I woke up at around 1:30 P.M to be welcomed by this issue and Steam download was at 85% at that time. Could it be a issue caused because I cut off the power from UPS when my PC was sleeping?

I think its temperature issue and it looks like your cabinet is not getting proper airflow which causing GPU or other components to get too hot. which results into restart. other thing that you should check is DUST. Dust also cause to increase temperature.
Clean your cabinet, try to remove dust.
do some cable management so that air can flow freely inside your cabinet.
make sure you have proper intake and exhaust fans.

So you are implying that it might not be caused by me turning off the UPS when my PC was in sleep

there's a much lower chance of that causing the issues you're experiencing

I have GREEN LIGHT on all the checklist you have mentioned....so that's not what causing it, okay so I will open the side panel and re-seat the GPU, see if it helps

Okay, I will try to re-seat the GPU and see if it fixes the issue, so I will post the results after an hour

Re-seated my GPU, still the same issue of 'trip and restart', can drivers cause the computer to trip and restart like this when put under load?

So I did re-seated the GPU, uninstalled drivers using DDU and reinstalled it, same issue but this time I have recorded a tripping sound, whenever the computer trips you can hear the sound. Here is the link

PS: In previous video I couldn't catch that tripping sound

UPDATE: I also did BIOS reset, still the same issue persists, so far I have re-seated the GPU, reinstalled drivers using DDU, reset BIOS, still the 'trip and restart' issue persists. I don't know what to do now. A help would be great

I found out what was causing the issue, it was blown up capacitor on SMPS. when I was inserting my Graphics Card I could see water like liquid coming out from my SMPS, I opened it up and saw it was a blown up cap, however I am going to replace the cap but in the meantime I bought a new SMPS Thermaltake TR2 S Series Power Supply, how is this one and it comes with 3 year warranty

its OK kind of product, it will work but quality wise I won't recommend that PSU. and you already brought it. if you can return it and tell us your budget we will try to get you a better PSU.
Note - Do not return immediately.

Sorry for late update, I was busy these days :D, so after reading about it on LinusTechTips forum it indeed turned out to be crap SMPS so I replaced that with Seasonic S12 II 520 Watts and everything is running fine, shopkeeper wasn't accepting the product because he said that I tear off the covering plastic which serves as 'seal' for the product.....WTF....I don't know why they do this, nowhere in the thin shit like plastic covering it is written "warranty void" if teared, I think it is a customer right violation. Anyways things are pretty up and running. I am going to post another question, it is another upgrade in my system I don't know if you can answer that or not, anyways I will post a link for it here.

Thank you for your reply mate, it means much to me. Here is the link, I am amazed that no one answered this on Tom's Hardware community - http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3527248/molex-pin-fan-splitter-fan-splitter-motherboard.html
