Im relatively new to pc building but getting really flustered now, electricity went out and my had some problems after that, when I turned it on the GPU kept turning on and off constantly, took out the GPU and the PC worked fine, except I had no gpu, i switched PSU and re seated RAM, that is my limit of checking currently, I switched the GPU, this time the PC worked fine except the GPU didn't, it does not have any power connector so I'm starting to think it's the motherboard which worries me a great deal.
