you could have a system short, bad memory, or just a simple dead PSU...
Remove power *completely, not just powered off, but, removed from rear of PSU) , disconnect drive power inputs and SATA cables from MB ports, and, even USB headers if possible....; remove any RGB light strings, extra fans except for CPU fan, which is required....
Drop to a single stick or RAM in 2nd slot to right of CPU...
See if it powers on now...
If it does not, remove power completely, and try the stick you removed in slot 2, and try again....
if no help, you need a known good PSU of sufficient wattage to temporarily insert to see if that helps....
