From very long time i am facing lot of problems in my pc but i finally solved them with your help but the automatically rebooting problem is still there.MY pc daily at least 1 or 2 time get automatically rebooted with some error like BAD POOL HEADER, MEMORY MANAGEMENT etc. I had checked the error in event viewer i found the reason for this errors is KERNEL POWER. so please help me to solve this kernel power error.

I'm assuming that you'll be wanting to upgrade, so you should get the CX550. It's a decent quality power supply with an upgrade path for a great price.

Usually Kernel Power errors result in Error 41, which attributes to unclean shutdowns on Windows PCs (exactly what you're experiencing). This is usually due to underpowered or faulty PSUs. This also happens when you're using nearly all of your PSUs wattage. Under load this causes the system to pull more from the PSU than it can give, so your system crashes. I doubt this is the case, and it's more likely that you have a faulty PSU.

Not really enough there for me to judge. If that's your current PSU, you might want to find something different. It got discontinued, and there are probably many reasons for that.

At any rate, it would be worth getting a new PSU. Let me see your whole PC build and I'll give you a recommendation.

These are my pc specs below-

GPU- N-vidia geforce 730 gt 4 gb
HDD- 1 Tb 7200 RPM
RAM- 10GB DDR3 1300MHz
Processor- AMD Am3+ Fx-4300 4.5 Ghz(overclocked) Fx-series Four-core Edition Fd4300wmhkbox (fx-4300)
