Can't pass 2133Mhz RAM speed with new motherboard (Ryzen 1800x)

Hello,
I've recently recieved a new motherboard after my previous one died (an MSI B350M Mortar).
On the previous motherboard I had my memory (Corsair Vengance LPX 3200Mhz) running at 2800Mhz with tighter timings (CL12).
Yet now, using the new motherboard (with the same exact memory and CPU, and the new motherboard being the same model) the systems fails to post after changing any settings regarding memory speed, even at absurdly low speeds with very high timings and very loose voltages.
Also, if I change back to stable settings after failing to POST the system fails again, and only boots again after one or two hard resets.

I have tried resetting the CMOS, re-flashing the BIOS and reseating the CMOS battery yet none of those helped. Now I am wondering if there's anything else I can try before assuming the new motherboard is faulty.
I'd appreciate you advice. Thank you in advance!

My specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 1800x @stock (tried running with a low multiplier and high voltages)
RAM: Corsair Vengance LPX 2x8GB @3200Mhz (cannot run past 2133Mhz)
Motherboard: MSI B350M Mortar
GPU: MSI AMD R9 390
PSU: Seasonic SSP-RT 550W

I will tell you what I did when this happened to me unplug your Hard drives it will take a long time for it to finally post but it should post if/when it does replugg in your hard drives if it does not post try resetting the CMOS without the hard drives attached. try it let me know how it works.
