ups - apc bx1100c-in
graphics card - gtx 750 ti
psu - corsair vx 650

i dont connect the monitor or the speaker via the ups .. only the cpu is connected via the ups ..
at first it seemed like it was a problem with the ups ... but then i changed the ups and still i can see the same problem with a different ups .. :/

Question, re: " even if i turn off the main power and switch it on again"

Main power - is that the entire house, the breaker serving you wall outlets especially the outlet for the UPS?

What is happening is that the air conditioner and other electrical devices are overloading the electrical circuit. An overload can lead to a fire so the electrical system contains breakers (or fuses) that stop the current by tripping (or blowing if a fuse).

You need to put the UPS on another electrical circuit.

However, do consider having an electrician or other knowledgeable person check your home's electrical system. Could be that the main breaker is weakening and tripping sooner than it should with respect to the load being imposed.

Turning off the main power switch simply resets the breaker and on the next overload (e.g., the air conditioner goes on) the breaker trips again.
