Flickering Screen - RAM or Mother Board?

Hi I am facing an unusual problem with my PC. After I login to my PC, the screen starts flickering with vertical & horizontal lines forming squares. this happens even if I am in BIOS.

If I remove the RAM for over night (for some duration) & plug it back the next day, it works fine.Now if I turn off my PC & keep the RAM inserted; and turns on the PC after some hours, I get the error again.

So, for me to use the PC, I have to remove the RAM for some hours & then insert it back.

Things I have tried.
1. Tried the RAMs in other system. - RAM working fine.
2. Tried other RAM in my PC - Same problem

Operating system - Windows 10
CPU - Dual Core
Motherboard - Foxconn

Please suggest

Do you have a graphics card ?

No Graphic Card. I am using the PC Now. Its working Fine. Like I said, I had removed the RAM fore some time & inserted back.

Try updating your integrated graphics drivers
