my motherboard is gigabyte m68mt-s2.
My (5 year old)PC's current specification:
Processor : Amd FX 4100 (4 cpu @ 3.6ghz)
Graphic : Amd raedon HD 5450(2gb)
8gb ram ddr3

If your mobo has pci-e x16 slot if will work. But your cpu will probably bottleneck it quite a bit.
