Question about PC Build

So I'm going to build my first PC from scratch (I did do some upgrades on prior ones), and was wondering if this setup is good for gaming. I don't mind to play games in Medium-high instead of on the top settings. As long as they run fine. I will also be doing video editing and such. My budget is around €1500-€2000,-, but the more to the €1500,-, the better :)!

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 7 1700 3.0GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI - B350 PC MATE ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory OR T-Force Night Hawk 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000
Storage: Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 250GB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Video Card: Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1080 Ti 11GB AORUS Video Card.

The only two things I'm not sure of yet: Is the motherboard good, or are there better options out there? And how much Watt should my Power supply have? I was thinking of the Seasonic 620W or should I go for a 650W?

Thanks in advance!

Solution
Setup looks fine to me.

The 620w Seasonic is great, but try and go with the Seasonic 650W Full Modular unit instead.

Would make a much cleaner build.

Thanks for the quick reply! I guess I'll go for that then. Is there a difference in the two RAM's other than the brand + How they look, because if so then I'll just stick with the G.Skill ones.

Thanks for the reply and opinion, highly appreciated ^_^!

Check the motherboard compatibility to be sure you have the right one.
