Hello! I have:

Fx-6350 (no oc) with rx 480 8gb strix oc.

It is worth upgrading to Ryzen 1200 OC? (With same gpu)

Here is an example Benchmark between the two: http://cpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-Ryzen-3-1200-vs-AMD-FX-6350-Six-Core/3931vsm713

The Ryzen will give you more performance. The FX series is long out dated. Also, Your FX does not support PCI-E 3.0 while Ryzen does. So, in Theory, you will have better graphical performance as well.

Get the Ryzen.
