So iv reinstalled gta5 and witcher 3. Everything works fine when playing both for about 30mins to and hour. Then it will freeze for 1 sec then it will crash and i can see steam but the games music is still playing and its still running but cant see the the actual game? Have to ctrl+alt+delete to shut the game down.

In the task manager not control panel... Open task manager, click on the processes tab, look for the game and click "switch to". If you don't see it, click expand first and right-click on the process in the sub-category.
