I just got a new GPU, an ASUS GTX 1060 3gb Founder edition (Mini). Replacing the ol' MSI 950 2gb. With both cards and 2 cables (DVI and HDMI-DVI), no signal is to my monitor. I took out my RAM, cleaned it, still no signal. I rebooted my PC, still no signal. Tried connecting the cable to the PC itself rather than the card, still no signal. This occurred when I swapped the HDMI from my PS4 to my PC.

Solution
Double check to make sure your video card is properly seated.

Need to check your power supply. I believe the minimum requirements for the gtx 950 were 120W and 23amps, with minimum 350W PS. The 1060 is 120W and 27 amps, with 400W PS. If your power supply was marginal for your 950, then it may be insufficient for the 1060.

If your monitor has a power off rocker switch, hard turn it off and unplug it for a bit. Then plug it back in, repower it, and select the input you want in the monitor menus.
